How do I reach you from the app?
Go to Profile → Account → Support → Email Support; this opens an email to info@graimatter.nl with helpful diagnostics.

What details help you fix issues faster?
Include steps to reproduce, screenshots if possible, whether iCloud Sync or AI Analysis is on, and your app version (Settings → About).

How do I check my subscription or request a refund?
Manage billing or request refunds via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple manages all payments.

What if iCloud sync seems stuck?
Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled for HeadYogi and the same Apple ID is signed in. Keep the app open for a minute to allow sync and ensure stable network.

Can you see my data?
No. Data stays on your device or your private iCloud database unless you choose to share an export with us.
