1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using HeadYogi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

HeadYogi helps you track headaches and related factors, optionally sync to iCloud, and export your data. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must comply with applicable laws and the App Store terms.
  • Optional sign‑in with Apple enables iCloud sync across devices.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • In‑app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Billing, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple’s terms.
  • If a subscription lapses, access to Pro features pauses until it is restored.

5. User Content and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the data you enter and for maintaining backups (via exports or iCloud if enabled).
  • You will not use the App for unlawful purposes or submit content that infringes rights of others.

7. Data Storage and Availability

  • Local‑only mode keeps data on‑device. iCloud Sync (optional) stores data in your private iCloud container.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

8. License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the App on Apple‑branded products you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer or circumvent security measures except as permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding your content) are owned by the app publisher or its licensors.

10. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • The App provides informational insights only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the app publisher from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may provide an in‑app notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple manages billing.

Do I lose my data when my subscription ends?
Your existing entries remain on your device/iCloud. Pro features may pause until you resubscribe.
