Support FAQ

How do I contact you?
Email info@graimatter.nl.

What details help with bug reports?
Include your device model, iOS version, app version, selected reading level, what you tried to do, and what error message you saw. Do not share a child’s data unless it is needed to understand the issue.

Why is story generation not working?
Check your internet connection and try again. Some AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to provider or network issues.

Why is my library not syncing?
Check that iCloud is enabled on your device, that you are signed in with the same Apple ID, and that sync is turned on in EVI. Sync can sometimes take a little while, especially after large changes or on a poor connection.

How do I manage my subscription or request a refund?
Manage billing or request refunds through iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple manages all payments.

What happens to entered names or interests?
They may be used to personalize a story. Use a nickname or fictional name if you want to minimize personal data.

Can you see my saved stories?
No. Stories remain on your device or, if you enable sync, within your own iCloud environment. We can only see what you choose to share with us, for example by email.
